ShadowLit Photography owns all photographs, videos and 3D Showcases. Agents have the rights to post pictures on MLS and printed materials like brochures, fliers, etc. Public venues like magazines, newspapers, etc, agents and customers can use the photographs as long as ShadowLit Photography receives credit. Customers do not have the rights to sell, give or trade photographs, video tours, or 3D Showcases. All customers are provided with web and print size photographs. 3D Showcase pricing based off square footage “under air.” Outdoor lanais included at no extra cost. $50 per tour to remove ShadowLit Photography branding. Price includes HTML embed code for your business website or listings on MLS, Trulia, VRBO, Zillow, etc. 3D Showcases will be hosted for a period of 1 year. Additional year is $50. Property must be staged and ready to be photographed prior to appointment time. Second trip charge due to property not being ready will be $75. Photo delivery is typically 24-48 hours. (Not including appointment day) *Barrier Islands or extensive drive time jobs subject to $50 up charge.
